I am so sorry to learn of Paul's death. I offer to Karen and to all of the family assurance of my prayers and sympathy. During my six years as Parish Priest of ARISAIG, LISMORE and EGERTON, I came to know Paul very well and to respect him and his very generous nature and friendly personality. He had great faith and practised it throughout his entire life and indeed passed it on to his children. May God reward him with eternal life: happiness and peace. These were well earned and deserved by Paul. Father John BARRY.

I worked with Paul at Michelin and it was a pleasure to work with him. I remember hearing the story of Paul and Jim in the natural rubber bin, seeing who could toss natural rubber bale the farthest. A bale weighed about 190 lbs. My condolence to Karen and family.

I worked with Paul for many years. He once gave me a book about how to build a house when I started to build my own home in Greenhill. That's just the kind of guy Paul was. Always there and offering a helping hand. He will be missed. God will welcome him into his new heavenly home.

I’ve always thought of uncle Paul-Aimé as the fun uncle. Growing up, at every family reunion à la côte, he would join us kids at the water front, throwing us into the water in turns, making sure we were safe and having fun. I get my fascination with our family history and Acadian ancestry from him. His joy de vivre was infectious and his huge beaming smile and quick laughter will be sorely missed. My heart goes out to Karen, the kids and grandkids and all the Family. With love, Jacinta
