Our deepest condolences to Steve’s family. Steve was truly one of a kind, always honest, always smiling, and just an all-around amazing person. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and trustworthy, and that’s exactly who Steve was. We’ll never forget his kindness and the goodness he brought to everyone around him. We’re heartbroken to hear of his passing. Thank you for everything, Steve. Your kindness and honesty touched our lives in a lasting way. We will miss seeing you in your shop, enjoying conversations with your friends.

I would like to take this opportunity to offer my deepest condolences to Steve's family. I had the honour of knowing Steve for over 30 years, from the time he moved to Toronto, as the "new" mechanic. He was always such an honest, funny, kind, and patient man. Over the years, his shop was more than just a place of business. It became a place of community and gathering, where people would just drop by to share a word or two. In typical Steve fashion, he was always welcoming and never seemed to mind. On behalf of so many of us, I just want to say thank you Stephen, for taking that little corner on Keele and Sheppard and making it so much more. Luca Dri

OMG Michael - to say I am shocked by this is putting it mildly. My sincere condolences to you, Angie and all the family. I met Steven a few times at CKEC - he seemed to be a quiet friendly man. I am glad you took the big white car up to him - he would love it.
