Our History 

On August 21, 1993, my brother, Kirk and I opened the doors of P. & K. MacDonald Funeral Home, 536 Merigomish Road, New Glasgow with the purpose of serving those suffering the loss of a loved one.  

Over the years numerous physical upgrades and additions to the home have been completed in order to serve our valued clients better.

In 2015, my brother, Kirk, sold his share in the business to me and is no longer involved with the funeral home.

Since opening the funeral home, continued learning and experience will continue to improve the quality of service provided. We practice “The Funeral”, the proven methodology which has withstood changing societal trends and will continue to do so as we grow as a funeral service provider.

I believe that “history” is recorded each day and trust our record will be an enduring credit to our profession.
