RIVERTON - Sophia Susan Esther Enns, 92, Riverton, formerly of New Glasgow and Amherst, passed away peacefully Monday, March 19, 2012 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in Trail B.C., she was a daughter of the late Alexander and Sophia (Dodds) Stainton. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Westville. Sue loved reading God’s word and sharing her faith. She possessed a wonderful sense of humour which she readily shared with others. Surviving are sisters-in-law, Elma Stainton, Riverton; Jean Stainton, Penticton, B.C.; two nieces. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Gordon Enns; brothers, Jim and George Stainton. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, April 7th in Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Westville. The family wish to express their appreciation to the Valley View Villa staff for their excellent care.
