NEW GLASGOW – Joseph Russell “Joe” Taylor, 60, New Glasgow, passed away Sunday, July 29, 2018. Born in New Glasgow, he was a son of the late Ernest and Phyllis (Jack) Taylor. Joe was an avid Patriot’s and Bruin’s fan and enjoyed all sports. Surviving are his partner, Marion; estranged wife, Joyce; daughters, Jessie and Jade; several grandchildren; sisters, Irma, Edna and Wendy; brother, Wade; several nieces and nephews.
