Obituary of Frank Carman Jamieson
CARIBOU RIVER – Frank Carman Jamieson, 58, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Born in Hillside, he was a son of the late Carman Richard and Alice Kathleen (Hayter) Jamieson. Prior to retirement, Frank was employed for over 20 years with Michelin Tire, Granton and 10 years as a fisherman’s helper. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and going to the old car shows. Most of all, Frank treasured time with his wife, Susan and daughter, Ashley, taking every opportunity to live life with them.
Surviving are his wife and best friend, Susan (MacIntosh); daughter, Ashley Jamieson (Matthias Mayer) and their two-week old daughter, Carman Rose Mayer, Union Centre; brother, Richard Lunn (Mary) Jamieson, Mountville; sister-in-law, Carolyn MacIntosh, Hillside; uncles, Alvin (Annette) Jamieson, Trenton; Wayne (Marlynn) Hayter, Montague, P.E.I.; nephews, Colin Jamieson, Mountville; Matthew Jamieson, Pictou; many cousins.
In keeping with Frank’s wishes, his family will honour his life privately.
