Obituary of Thomas Scott Boutilier
LINACY – Thomas Scott “Scotty” Boutilier, 76, Linacy, passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2019 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Born in New Glasgow, he was employed as a printer with the former Evening News and had been a janitor at the former New Glasgow High School. Scotty enjoyed dancing, playing crib, bowling, camping and traveling. He was an avid Montreal Canadiens Fan and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 35, Westville. Scotty loved and was dearly loved by his family.
Surviving are his loving partner of 39 years, Edna Clara Parker; step-children, Keith (Lorelei) Parker, Linacy; Earl Parker, New Glasgow; Donnie (Barb) Parker, Calgary, Alta.; Cathy (Dave) Coady, McLellans Brook; Johnny (Sherri) Parker, New Glasgow; Dorothy Parker (Peter), Kelowna, B.C.; Julianna Parker, Calgary; Betty Fraser (Bekki Clarke), Westville; son-in-law, Michael Fraser, Westville; step daughter, Nicole Wallace; grandchildren, Anthony (Jayne) and daughter, Jade; Micheal (Priscilla) and son, Aiden; Jason (Debbie) and children, Leah, Caleb, Mitch and Pat; Lisa; Sarah; Anna (Austin) and son, Adam; DJ; Candice (Trevor); Alicia and children, O’Shea and Saquoia; Luke (April) and children, Anna-Marissa, Dallas and Liam; Matthew and daughters, Sophie and Olivia; Matthew F.; Tamara F.; Meghan F.; Brian; Randi; Brody; Bryce; Tamara, Tasha; Johnathon, Donnie, William, Curtis, Johnathan R.; many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents and several siblings.
The family will receive visitors 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday, March 29, 2019 in P. & K. MacDonald Funeral Home, New Glasgow.
