Obituary of Annie Hodgson Naugler

RIVERTON – Annie Hodgson Naugler, 80, Valley View Villa, Riverton, formerly of Sydney and Harve Boucher, passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2008 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow, surrounded by her family. Born in Sydney, she was a daughter of the late John and Sarah Charlotte (Hodgson) Buchan. She was a member of First United Baptist Church, New Glasgow. Surviving are her husband, William “Bill” Naugler, Haven Brook Manor, Riverton; daughter, Nancy Naugler, Churchville; sons, John (Gail), Barrie, Ont.; David (Rita), Afton; Bruce (Sharon), Smokey Lake, Alta.; sisters, Elizabeth MacGillivray, The Ponds; Jean (Hank) Baak, Greenwood; brothers, Charles (Dorothy), Montreal, Que.; John (Marie), Orillia, Ont.; daughter-in-law, Barbara Naugler, Pictou; grandchildren, Adam , Joel, Amanda, Jeffrey, Jeremy and William Naugler ; Rebecca (Ian) Walsh; Scott (Fezanne) DeCoste, Lynn DeCoste and Sandra (Paul) MacMaster; great-grandchildren, Ainsley, Raine, Keinon, Aidan, Seth, Nadia, Luke and Connor; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive visitors 1-3 & 7-9 p.m. Friday in P. & K. MacDonald Funeral Home, New Glasgow. Memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday in First United Baptist Church. Family flowers only. Donations may be made in her memory to First United Baptist Church Pledge Campaign, 896 East River Road, New Glasgow, NS B2H 3S67.
