Obituary of Frances Eleanor Siddall
BLACK POINT – Frances Eleanor Siddall, 85, Valley View Villa, Riverton, formerly of Black Point, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2012 in the Villa, surrounded by family.
Born in Woodstock, N.B., she was the daughter of the late Frank and Nellie May (Bent) Buck. Frances was content to have been a homemaker most of her life, having been employed as a secretary in earlier years. She was an accomplished pianist, who greatly enjoyed listening to classical music. Frances enjoyed skating and spending summers at her Black Point cottage, swimming in the Northumberland Strait. She was a person of quiet faith, a loving mother and grandmother, who will be greatly missed by her family.
Surviving are her daughter, Cynthia (Frank) DeBodt, Black Point; sons, Dr. Brian (Breena), MacRae, Ga.; Terry (Deborah), Black Point; grandchildren, Terry (Ashli), Lee, Skye and Sailee Siddall; Erin and Christian (Deidre) DeBodt; Kaitlyn Siddall; great-grandchildren, Max and Cooper.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by brother, Harry Buck.
There will be no visitation at Frances’ request. A private graveside service will be held in Heatherdale Memorial Gardens.
The Siddall family wish to thank the wonderful staff at Valley View Villa for their love and kindness to Frances throughout the years and for their invaluable support during the past week.
