We want to express our condolences to Barry's family and let you know how sorry we both are for your loss. We knew Barry from Abercrombie and really enjoyed him and his quick wit. He always had a smile and a friendly greeting for all. Tonight, at Lady's Golf night, we held a moment of silence in Barry's memory...it was a long moment with many sad faces...your Barry will be missed by so many... My Dear friend, and wonderful Volunteer at TSA when I was in NS ;(. We are sadden to hear the news of Barry. When I spoke to Pearl on the phone and heard the news, I went back to when I saw him last, in his room at your home. We were all there looking at the gift baskets that you have prepared for the Salvation Army Red Shield fundraiser...As we chatted, he was very pleasant as always, and in good spirit even though he was not well. Barry supported, the Salvation Army well with his time, talents and his kind spirit. He will surely be missed to us, and in our community. Claire, Jennifer and family, if there's anything we can do please let us know, we are just a boat ride away. I will leave you with my prayers, love, and God's Words ---Psalm 23:4 Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me.
