Obituary of Burton Wade Quinn
STELLARTON – Burton Wade Quinn, 54, Stellarton, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, November 25, 2019.
Born in New Glasgow on April 25, 1965, he was a son of Bert and Gerry (Hamper) Quinn, New Glasgow. Wade was a devoted father to his two sons to whom he passed on his love of fishing and hockey, especially the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Surviving besides his parents, are sons, Graham and Gregory, Stellarton; their mother, Lisa McKinnon, Westville; sisters, Carla Quinn (Robert Fredericks), New Glasgow; Lori Kunkle, Portland, Oregon; nieces, Kyla and Angela; nephews, Greyson and Hudson; great-nieces, Madison and Kendyl; great-nephew, Benjamin.
The family will receive visitors 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday, December 1st in P. & K. MacDonald Funeral Home, New Glasgow from where funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel with Rev. Dr. Mary Taylor presiding.
