I am blessed to have some very fond memories of visiting Aunt Lollie as a child. She was always willing to fill my brother and I full or candy or frozen yogurt!!! My deepest condolences to her immediate family, her loss is being felt out west as well.
So sorry to hear about Lolly she was a beautiful person. We shared some laughs. Especially when Greg and Mark cooked their Rabbit at our house. God be with you all at this time.
Hello everyone: We were neighbours when we were kids growing up. Our parents were great friends with each other. Lollie was a great cook , like her mother. They made biscuits that were unique. Thinkng of you all........Pat
Dear Bobby and Family, I was sad to learn of Lollie's passing. Times spent on Westville Rd were numerous for me in my New Glasgow days and Lollie was always a cheerful presence. When she worked at Goodman's she often brought home gifts which Judy sometimes shared with me. Hence I remember her as a kind and generous sole.Please know that my thoughts and best wishes are with you all at this very difficult time. Cousin Susan
Hanging out with Mark and the Dunbars when I was a kid is a fond memory I still treasure. They were so kind to me, especially Lollie. During the time the Dunbars ran Brook Grocery she was like a spare Mom to a generation of people who grew up in MacLellan's Brook. Wishing strength and comfort to her loved ones.
