Obituary of Fani Dimitriou Papazoglou
ANTIGONISH – Fani Dimitriou Papazoglou, 88, Antigonish, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2013 in the R. K. MacDonald Nursing Home, Antigonish.
Born in Yugoslavia, she was a daughter of the late Klearchos and Maria (Sotiriou) Dimitriou. She lived in Greece, Montreal and resided in Antigonish since 2003. She was a lady of deep faith who loved her family dearly. Fani enjoyed cross stitching, knitting, cooking and baking.
Surviving are her daughter, Ekaterini Escarne Papazoglou, Antigonish; son, Marcus Templar Papazoglou (Elizabeth), Illinois, US; granddaughter, Regina (Ivan) Cozzi, and great-grandchildren, Gabriel and Antonio Cozzi, Antigonish.
Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 9th in P. & K. MacDonald Funeral Home Chapel, New Glasgow with Father Panagiotis Maropoulos presiding.
