Dearest Grammie, I am so sorry I wasn't there to be with you in your last few days. Just know I am thinking of you in my heart, and soul. You have given me so many memories from my past that I will always keep dear to my heart. No one makes a salad with raisins, apples and catalina dressing like you, and knows so much about the world and history like you. I have always admired this about you, and hoped that one day I could be such a resourceful Grandmother like you. You introduced me to puzzles, like 1000 piece puzzles, and I actually looked forward to staying with you on weekends back in the day just to do them with you. Every time I put my kids to sleep at night, it is the beautiful, hand made quilt that I wrap them in, which makes me think of you so often. I love you Grammie, and you don't always say it back, but I know you do. Thank you for being there for me, you will be sadly missed. Stephanie
