Obituary of Norma Yvonne MacIntosh

THORBURN – Norma Yvonne MacIntosh, 55, Thorburn, passed away, Saturday, May 4, 2013. Born in New Glasgow, she was a daughter of the late Norman William and Edith Margaret (Wallace) MacIntosh. Norma possessed an amazing memory and enjoyed sharing old family stories. She was a wonderfully warm hearted person who loved her family and pets. Surviving are her sisters, Ruthie Kelm, Ontario; Marilyn (Ian) Fisher, Brookfield; Linda Wheatley, Ontario; Donna MacIntosh, Thorburn; Christine (Randy) Crowe, Truro; brothers, Billy MacIntosh, Thorburn; John (Tammy) MacIntosh, Central Caribou; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive visitors from 10 – 10:50 a.m. Wednesday, May 8 in Union Presbyterian Church, Thorburn where funeral service will be held 11 a.m. with Rev. Jeff Lackie officiating. Interment will be in Thorburn Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations may be made in her memory to the Aberdeen Palliative Care Society. (Please click to donate online.)
