THORBURN – Norma Yvonne MacIntosh, 55, Thorburn, passed away, Saturday, May 4, 2013. Born in New Glasgow, she was a daughter of the late Norman William and Edith Margaret (Wallace) MacIntosh. Norma possessed an amazing memory and enjoyed sharing old family stories. She was a wonderfully warm hearted person who loved her family and pets. Surviving are her sisters, Ruthie Kelm, Ontario; Marilyn (Ian) Fisher, Brookfield; Linda Wheatley, Ontario; Donna MacIntosh, Thorburn; Christine (Randy) Crowe, Truro; brothers, Billy MacIntosh, Thorburn; John (Tammy) MacIntosh, Central Caribou; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive visitors from 10 – 10:50 a.m. Wednesday, May 8 in Union Presbyterian Church, Thorburn where funeral service will be held 11 a.m. with Rev. Jeff Lackie officiating.
