WESTVILLE – David Eugene Dean, 73, Westville, formerly of Coalburn, passed away suddenly on Monday, May 24, 2010. He was a son of the late Oakley and Ellen May (Miller) Dean. He was an adherent of Trenton Church of the Nazarene. Dave enjoyed fishing, mowing grass and was an avid stockcar racing fan. Surviving are his wife, Catherine and family. Following Dave’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A private service will be held. Donations may be made in his memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or the Pictou County VON.
