Obituary of Lorne Fulton Moser
STELLARTON – Lorne Fulton Moser, 89, Stellarton, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, March 27, 2018 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Caledonia, he was a son of the late William Burton and Anne Caine (MacDonald) Moser. Lorne was an avid outdoorsman, especially enjoying hunting and fishing.
Surviving are his daughters, Patsy (Calvin) McCarthy, Hopewell; Sheila (Clifford) Royles, New Glasgow; Ann (Marty) Buell, Pictou; sons, Lorne (Debbie) Moser, Thorburn; Allan (Denise) Royles, Pictou; step daughter, Noreen Allard, Ontario; chosen son, Robbie Stewart, Three Brooks; sisters, Clara Jean “Teddy” (Eddy) Fairhurst, New Glasgow; Frances (Ken) Zentner, Woodburn; Betty MacLean, New Glasgow; brothers, George (Lillian) Moser, Plymouth; Lewis (Betty) Moser, Westville; nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren; nieces, nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by daughter, Donna; son Bobby; brothers, Alex, Albro, and Ernie
The family will receive visitors 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2018 in P. & K. MacDonald Funeral Home, New Glasgow from where funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, March 29, 2018 with Rev. Dr. Glen Matheson officiating. Interment will be in Caledonia Cemetery.
