It is with shock that i react to Rick's passing. I met him a few time at a brain tumour support group meeting at The Lodge. He has such a positive outlook on things even after life threw him some big curve balls. It was like he was a spotlight in the group. He was great at keeping edge off of the difficult subject that the basis for our meetings. He had a great sense of humour as well. I don't understand how we get from there to here so quickly. May your family find the peace they need to get them through this difficult time. Please take care family and rest in peace Rick.

Please accept my deepest sympathies on the passing of Ricky. While visiting Pictou a few years ago, I had the pleasure of visiting and talking to Ricky (my far away cousin). That conversation meant so much to me. He was kind, gentle and engaging. My thoughts are with you.

Sorry to hear of Rick's passing. Wondered if he had moved because we have not seen him in quite a spell. He was always friendly and talkative when we saw him.
