Obituary of Annie Fraser Wylie

CHURCHVILLE – Annie Fraser Wylie, 97, Churchville, passed away Monday, October 5, 2015 at her family home. Born in Plymouth Park, she was a daughter of the late Harry Dawson and Jessie MacMillian (Reid) Stewart. Annie was a member of Springville Presbyterian Church. She was “momma” to her family; a gracious, humble lady, whose gentle, warm smile was only a glimpse of the beauty she possessed. Surviving are her daughters, Donalda Kinney, Sandra MacDonald, Stellarton; son-in-law, James Blackwood, Churchville; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great, great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Jane Blackwood; sister, Elizabeth Stewart; brothers, Clarence (Velma), Douglas and Hugh (Frances); grandson, Edward “Farmer” MacDonald. A private family graveside service will be held at Church Brook Cemetery, Little Harbour. Donations may be made in her memory to Church Brook Cemetery. (Please click to donate.)
