Obituary of Jacqulynn Watson
NEW GLASGOW – Jacqulynn “Jackie” Watson, 60, New Glasgow, passed away suddenly, Tuesday, July 16, 2019 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Born in New Glasgow, she was a daughter of the late Freeman and Daisy Bell (Gerroir) Wells. Jackie was employed with the former ITC, where she made many lasting friendships. Jackie shared a “million” adventures, laughs and life with her husband, Alexander. She loved being spoiled with “little gifts” from her “baby” Jason and working at The Art of Divination, Stellarton with her daughter, Carrie. Jackie loved people and shared her love of life with family, friends and neighbours. She leaves a rich legacy for her family to cherish.
Surviving besides her husband of 44 years, Alexander are her daughter, Carrie (Doug) Stewart, Stellarton; son, Jason Watson, Stellarton; grandchildren, Laura (Jonathan), Sarah (Joey), Kyle (Chelsea), Amber (Matt) and Ashley (Jason); great-grandchildren, Xavier, Hazel and Allister; sister, Ida Rundle, Glen Haven Manor, New Glasgow; brothers, James Wells, Dartmouth; Herman Wells and Terry Wells, Toronto; numerous nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by brothers, Fred, Doug and James W. ‘Little Jim’.
In keeping with Jackie’s wishes, the family will celebrate her life privately.
