Obituary of Deborah Ann MacDonald
TRENTON – Deborah Ann “Debbie” MacDonald, 63, Trenton, passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021, with her sister by her side.
Born in New Glasgow, she was a daughter of the late Spurgeon Francis and Goldie Linda (Burges) MacDonald. Debbie was an avid bingo player and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 29, Trenton. She was affectionately known as “The Warden” by her family. Debbie enjoyed baking and cooking and loved all her nieces and nephews dearly. She was especially fond of her fur baby, “Tom Tom”. Debbie possessed a kind spirit and now enjoys the promise made to her in baptism.
Surviving are her sister, Sharon (Tony), Trenton; brother, Edward “Eddie” (Mary), Green’s Point; “her children”, Shelby, Alan and Shane; nieces, Sherileigh and Rhonda; nephews, J.B., Darrell and Danny; great-niece, Alana; great-nephews, Christian and Carmelo; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her partner, Donnie Gray; brothers, Ricky “Red Rider” and Allister “Big Al”; several aunts and uncles.
A public graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 14 in Christ the King Cemetery, Trenton with Rev. Dr. Glen Matheson officiating.
