NEW HARBOUR – Sheldon Vance Marshall Cromwell, 58, New Harbour, formerly of New Glasgow, passed away peacefully, Saturday, July 23, 2022, in Guysborough Memorial Hospital, surrounded by the love of his family, after a short battle with cancer.
Born in New Glasgow, he was a son of the late John Carman and Sweedlyn Hurlock (Paris) Cromwell. Sheldon spent many enjoyable hours looking after his property, tinkering in the shop, and driving his “modified” lawn tractor. He loved playing board games with friends and family as it permitted all participating to experience joy, togetherness, and love. Sheldon was a determined, gentle, loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, who will be dearly missed by those he loved.
