Obituary of Toni Nadine Angst

Toni Nadine Angst, 36, Stellarton, left this world to be with her Lord, Thursday, July 20, 2023, in the Aberdeen Hospital, Palliative Care Unit, New Glasgow, surrounded by family and friends after a valiant battle with Melanoma.

Born in New Glasgow, she was a daughter of Stephen Raymond “Steve” Angst, Stellarton and Elizabeth Letitia “Liz” (Forrest) Shepherd, Westville. Toni enjoyed spending time with her dogs Jordan, Tyra and Josie.   She was a loyal friend and possessed an outgoing personality. Toni leaves a rich legacy of love and compassion.

Surviving besides her parents, Steve and Liz, are her sisters, Morgan Shepherd, Westville; Reagan Shepherd, New Glasgow; Marlayna Pincott, Vancouver, B.C.; brothers, Blaise Shepherd (Nikki Shakness), Westville; Brendon Angst, Stellarton; Chris MacPherson, New Glasgow; maternal grandmother, Audrey Forrest, New Glasgow; paternal grandparents, Jean Pierre “JP” and Verna Angst, New Glasgow; maternal aunt, Christine (Edward) Huggan, Churchville; cousins, Tami MacGillivary and Logan Wagner; paternal uncles, Vince (Michelle) Angst, Pleasant Valley; John G. Angst, New Glasgow; Sandra Angst (Joey Baker), Broadway; Mary (Randy) White, Linacy; Johanna (Mike) Muise, Pictou Landing; many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Martin Forrest; cousin, Aiden John Baker Angst.

A private funeral service will be held.
