So very sad to have learned of Roddie"s passing and at such a young age ! I was impressed by how kind he was. I met him in Antigonish and he was kindly caring for his grandmother who was in a wheelchair. he seemed very solicitous of her comfort. I had hoped to attend the visitation but at 87 , one doesnt get to do all we want. He was in my thoughts today. God bless him and his family. Sincerely,Barb Downie

Roddie , who I considered a gentle giant walking through the halls, was a kind soul with a radiant smile. He worked hard for his family. I ran into Roddie many years ago in Antigonish.
