Jim, Kim and families: Dave and I were so very sorry to hear of your dad's passing. Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers. I have a funny story: I had never met your dad, while living in New Glasgow, but, one July 1st in Ottawa, I was lined up (with the pipeband) by the stage at Parliament Hill. We were waiting to go on to play a concert at Centre Block. As we were waiting, I looked into the crowd, and noticed a gentleman wearing an "Anchor Motors" hat. He was close to me, so I said, "You must buy your cars from Marc Comeau", he was a little startled, but said "Yes". I said that I do as well and that I was a Cameron from Trenton Rd. He introduced himself, and I asked him if he was Jim, Karen and Kim's dad, and he said yes again. I then explained that I attended school with Karen and Kim and that my brother was a close friend of Jim's. He was surprised to hear that Kissie was my brother. After having a pleasant conversation, I said my goodbyes to go play with the band. It was a lovely, happy, time meeting him and your mom that July 1st. Hope that you enjoyed my little story. Take care. xo

Kim and family, Your dad was such a great man an was truly dedicated to his family. He was tremendous to me when working at Sobeys head office and it was easy to see the love for Hazel ( the warden as he used to say) as he came to see her often during the day at her dept. His life is a great role model for us all. May you all receive the strength and comfort necessary during this difficult time
