Uncle Harold was always our first visit in Nova Scotia. We loved to visit aunt Mary and Uncle Harold. He also had a home in Newfoundland that he loved to visit. Going to really miss his visits. Lots of great memories and will cherish them all. Let’s hope there’s lots a seafood where he is because I’m sure he would love it.

As a father-in-law to me for awhile in his later years, I relished Mr. Brewer's warmth at the table and his boyish grin; and appreciated how plainly he took pleasure in the company and care of his attentive, strong and kindly wife.
