So sorry to hear of John's passing, I worked with the Province as a Motor Vehicle Inspector , I worked with John on a lot of his vehicle check points, he and I shared a love for drag racing and it was always a discussion we had at some point during our work day. I worked with a lot of policemen accross the Province & he was about as good as it gets, John would even have us out to his place for a meal in the evenings when we worked there. I hope you are able to heal from this loss.
