Mr MacKay was kind and caring person and he made this world a better place. I saw him last about 7 years ago at Valley View Villa with his beatiful Coleen. I visited them often in the 70's when they foster and I have fond memories of our interactions. Keeping all of his family in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

I worked with Fulton at Maritime Steel for many years and had great respect for such a kind, loyal co worker/boss. He was a pleasure to work with and a friend to all. My deepest sympathy to the family.

Colleen and our Mom were neighbours (rooms next to each other) at Valley View Villa and we so much appreciated meeting and talking with Fulton. He was like our Dad, his focus was to spend time there with the woman he loved. Love and hugs to the family with his passing.
