Life like a mist, appears for just a day ,then disappears tomorrow. All that we are can quickly fade away , replaced with tears and sorry. If a Man (woman) should die can they live again? Hear the promise God has made: He will call ; The dead will answer. They will live at his command .For he will have a longing for the work of his own hands. So have faith and do not wonder for our God can make us stand. And we will live for ever,as the works of his own hands. job 14:13-15. So very sorry for you lost of your dear loved one .my prayers and love go out to you all

Dear Lovessa, Crystal, Alexis, Bradley, and family: I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. My heart aches for you and your family as you grieve such an incredible loss. I am remembering your wonderful mother, and wishing you comfort at this time. It is so sad that Millie had only a few short years of retirement - she deserved so much more. I am remembering fondly our many years working together at Community Services. Your Mom was such an amazing person; always there to lend an ear, impart some wisdom, extend a helping hand, and sprinkle on some classic Millie wit. Her work space was one of our favourite places to gather to have a chat, catch up on some news, and to share a few laughs. Your Mom was immensely proud of you all, and always spoke of you with such love and affection. I will remember Millie (with her beautiful smile) as a kind, generous, sincere person, with such strength of character. I know I will remember her, always.

Lovessa, Krystal, Alexis, Bradley, siblings, and family. We grew up spending lots of time with Mill as our babysit when we lived at 327 Granville Street and also hanging out at Nanny Borden's house who she findly referred to as Aunt Mae. We were all family. Mill had an infectious laugh and always was the same. We are praying for your strength and comfort. May Mill rest in peace. Much love sent.

Dear Johnson Family/Loved Ones: Millie was a wonderful woman with a passion for life and a caring heart. As neighbours we were very close to the whole family. Millie was often the babysitter of my sister (Darlene) and I, keeping a watchful eye on us. She liked to laugh, dance, play cards and occasionally she took charge playing road hockey. She was a true fighter who stood up for herself and others. Millie is now at peace with her lord and saviour. "God rest her soul" as she would often say. Millie will be deeply missed for her beautiful smile and loving ways. Love Rick and Family.

Condolences, Love and Prayers to all of the families of the late Mildred "Millie" May Johnson, my Beautiful Niece from New Glasgow, whom I Loved and Cherished Deeply all of her Life. God has now taken her home to be with her family in Heaven. It is at this sad and most difficult time that we would like to leave with you all a passage of Scripture from God's Holy Bible Psalm 23 "The Lord Is My Shepherd I Shall Not Want, He Makes Me To Lie Down In Green Pastures, He Leads Me Beside The Still Waters, He Restores My Soul, He Leads Me In The Paths Of Righteousness For His Names Sake, Yea Though I Walk Through The Valley Of The shadow Of Death, I Will Fear No Evil For Thou Are With Me, Thy Rod And Thy Staff They Comfort Me, Thou Prepares A Table Before Me In The Presence Of My Enemies, Thou Anoints My Head With Oil, My Cup Runs Over, Surely Goodness And Mercy Shall Follow Me All The Days Of My Life And I Shall Dwell In The House Of The Lord Forever. Love Aunt Bessie (Elizabeth) Criss & Cousin Sharon Criss.

I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of our dear Millie, I'm so thankful for her presence in my life. Mill always treated me as her friend and always expected me to have the day she wanted to party off no matter when or what time. Mill loved talking of her children and their families. She adored her grand and great grandchildren whom she talked about often. I remember when Mill lived down the hall from me and we were out with our besties Cora, Karen and Viv dancing and when the nite ended and drove home. We said good nite and I went into my apt. I just closed the door when I heard Mill scream my name because she saw a field mouse in her apt. Well we were both scared but she was worse and told me I wasn't going to get any sleep until I helped get rid of it. Well after chasing this little thing for about an hr it finally left the way it came in, her patio door. Millie was comical. LOL Rest in Peace my friend and thank you for all the memories.
