Sherry and Phillip Please accept my sincere sympathy on the death of your Dad. Phippy was a close and dear friend of our whole family . As a small child I remember him delivering the dry cleaning ;however, my fondest memories were him sitting at the kitchen table visiting my brother Dave singing . He would say to my Mother “ Mary would you like me to sing you a song ?” I will always remember his kindness and warmth . Thinking of you during this difficult time . With the fondness of memories Helen Anne Johnstone Fraser

Sheri and Phip and Families, On behalf of myself , Susan and daughters Tara, Tabitha and family I would like to express our deepest regrets for the loss of your Dad and our Uncle Phip . For sure he was a true gentleman and a friend to many ,but most of all he was your Dad and will be truly missed and always in your heart ! He was a soldier of God and a missionary for his hymns of which we all enjoyed listening to him and your Mom sing together. Dad, Fred, Bee and Uncle Shelly might have been doing a little harmonizing in a few of them . God Bless you all on this day of mourning and know that you are not alone! Alan Stewart and Family

The Stewart Family, My sincere condolences in the passing of your dad. Phillip was a wonderful person he was our "Dry Cleaning Man" I remember him as a young child when he would come to our house to pick up items for dry cleaning and then dropping them off. As I got older I got to meet his soul mate "Dookie" and they were a couple made for each other. They are now reunited singing duets. Sing on you two....sing on....

Phillip and Sherry, I am sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. My earliest memories of Phip , while I was growing up in Stellarton, are your father coming up the walk, singing or humming a tune, delivering the dry cleaning items. When I came to Thorburn, I got to know him better. He was a wonderful man, who always had a smile and cheerful greeting for everyone. We will miss him.
