Since moving to Halifax 32 years ago, I've been out of touch with our Pictou County friends. Clem and Evelyn were great friends of my late husband John and I. I have fond memories of times spent together. God bless

I only recently met your Clem when my mother became a resident of the Veteran's Unit. He was a very nice person and was always on the look-out for the well being of the others at the Unit. I was surprised to learn about his passing as it was just a week ago that he was on a bus trip to the local Tim Horton's. I will certainly miss seeing him and saying "hello" during my visits to see my mother. My sincere condolences to all of Clem's family as I am sure that you will miss this great gentleman.

So sorry for your loss- Your Dad was a good friend to my father at the vets home - they shared many a meal and conversation at all the events at the home- I appreciated your fathers funny sense of humor and that he was such a good friend to my Dad and glad to know he shared the same faith as my Dad (Allister Thompson)that he will meet his family and friends that have gone on before him in heaven- I pray for your comfort as you grieve-and that you will have peace.

So very sorry to hear of your dad's passing, Clem. No matter how many years we are blessed to have our parents, it never seems long enough. (By the way, I graduated with you in 1974 - was Kathy Lawson back then) Thinking of you and your family at this sad time. Kathy and Herb Mattatall
