My deepest condolences to the family . I really enjoyed seeing Roy show up at the ceilidh's here in Cape Breton , and at Piper's Pub . We always had a good little chat ! He loved listening to , and supporting the music . May he rest in peace .

Very very sorry for your loss. Roy loved the music and we were always glad to have him down this way at the many venues he would attend. May he Rest In Peace.
Extending heartfelt condolences to Jo-Ann, Jack, Nancy, Kyle and the extended MacDonald family. We will always remember Roy as a proud father, who was a hard worker, and someone whom enjoyed life to the fullest. He could troubleshoot any machinery - he was a magician. We will remember great fishing trips and a millions laughs. He was the heartbeat of Ardness and he will be truly missed.
My sincere condolences on Roy’s passing. I got to know Roy through music as Karen was a musical peer of mine. Roy had a deep love for fiddle music and dance and would often come to the Celtic Music Interpretive Centre in Judique to enjoy a ceilidh. Just this past Sunday, Karen’s fiddle, which the family donated, was used to share in music for a fiddler without his own. I’m very sorry to hear of his passing. God bless.
Soo sad to hear about the passing of Roy. Deepest sympathy to Joanne and all the Family. He was a wonderful man- always helping others. He will be greatly missed. The fiddles are playing in heaven now. He is now with Karen. RIP Roy!
