To the Snell Family, It saddens David and I to hear of the passing of a Loving Person and a Member of the Black Watch. We enjoyed our visits at their home with warm Loving down home hospitality like no other. David and Keith (I always called Mr. Snell ) and Shirley I called Mrs. Snell were would chat and chat about Army, our families, health and many other topics. The tea was always on. Mrs. Snell, Cathy and family our deepest Sympathies to you all. Love and Prayers. We are thinking and hugs to you all Love Catherine

I was very sorry to hear of Keith's passing. We worked together at eastern woodworkers many years ago and he was so kind to me as a young fellow just starting out. It was so nice to run into both of you at Walmart this winter.

As I was saying earlier, I knew last fall as I hugged my grandfather that it was 'our goodbye' and I think he knew it too. His last words to me was 'how happy he was to see me truly LIVING LIFE and not just waiting until I was old OR when my kids were older....he said that I was giving them life experiences that were priceless and that they will never forget' In many ways that day, I needed to hear his wise words and feel his approval and it felt like a greater gift than he may ever know. He went on to remind me 'that I got my gypsy soul from him and how we both loved to travel and learn'...he was right! AGAIN!!!! My dearest Papa, thank you for always encouraging me to be smarter and wiser than I was yesterday and having an open mind to see the world beyond what is presented to us...and of course, to think outside of the box! Having a gypsy soul has not always been easy...especially when a loved one dies and you are 6000 miles away. I will place some flowers into the Hawaiian ocean for you today and I know that you are smiling down at me. Love your 'gypsy' grand daughter, Angela Arbuckle xo
