Condolences to all of Dorence's family. I met Dorence in 1967
when I had a job as a checker on the highway. He was driving for
Charlie Kirk at that time. I drove trucks for many years after that,
often on the same job. We had many good discussions.
Dorence and I happenned to be on Week's Scale at the same time,
a few months
ago, and we had a laugh when I said to him " l guess it's true
that old truck drivers dont retire, they just put us driving tandems !"
Dorence was never in a hurry, a very professional driver.
We always gave each other a wave when we met on the road,
So I extend my final wave old buddy, rest in peace.
