We were sorry to hear of Mabel's passing. She was our mother's cousin. Mabel and Fr. Gerard were great to visit mom and dad. Sorry we missed her service. We just heard of her passing. May she rest in Peace. Clare Kennedy and Carrie MacIsaac (Cameron)
My sincere condolences to the MacInnis family on Mabel’s passing. Many the visits I was privileged to have with Mabel and Father Gerard over a great cup of tea and lots of interesting conversation. Then again at the RK where her room was next to my Aunt Sarah, I was able to drop by and say hello. She was a wonderful lady and very kind. God rest her beautiful soul.
Sincere sympathy on your loss, we got to know Mabel quite a few years ago, she never missed Mass at the Chapel at the RK on Friday. We volunteered at the RK for over ten years. We always had a chat as she came into the chapel. She had her area where she liked her wheel chair to sit. Our thoughts and prayers be with you all. Love and Prayers Jim & Carol Michaud.
Our family has fond memories of Mabel and her brother, Father Gerard. They were good friends of my parents and wonderful contributors to their community. My condolences to the family.
Mabel and Father Gerard were a wonderful team. They were cousins to my mother, Mary (MacDonald) Barry, and were incredibly kind and supportive to my parents over the years, especially at Sylvan Valley Apartments. Mabel was a lovely person, and I wish to extend my deepest sympathy to her family.
Saddened to read about Aunt Mabel's passing in the paper yesterday. She was a kind lady. She'll be truly missed especially her family history stories! RIP Aunt Mabel.

My sincere condolences to Mabel’s family and friends…It’s with heavy heart that I have to say it was an honour and privilege to get to care for this amazing lady. Not a day that went by that she didn’t thank me for everything I did for her and the RK especially around Christmas when I would get everything decorated and she would be in aww every thing she would walk down the hallway to come for her meals…Miss Mabel you will be greatly missed by us all and I will be forever grateful to you for all the knowledge you taught me…She would always say to me Kid slow down and take care of yourself…I think it’s time for me to take your advice seriously…You are already missed.
Thank you Madeline
