I am so saddened to learn of Frankie's passing. Although not related, the Craig's and Perry's considered each other as family. Frankie never spoke a word until he was 5 and all of a sudden told the coal man that "Mama needed coal". He was one of the most intelligent people I have ever met. I hadn't seen Frankie since I was a kid (he and Jeannie lived away) and I applied at Clairtone the summer I was going into grade 12. (Lou told me to give Frankie as a reference.) Mr. Chojnacki and another man interviewed me and I was asked how I knew Mr. Craig. I said we were like family; imagine my embarrassment when I found out the "other" man was Frankie. Frankie and I flew to TO to pick up the customized van for Dougie and made it home in record time; I think we only stopped to eat once. I used to love how we'd go to visit him and he would get up and go to bed without telling us and poor Jeannie would be stuck entertaining us. haha My deepest sympathy to Jeannie, Dougie, Marilou, Mike, Colleen, Bobby and extended family. I too, am in mourning, as I have lost a "brother". RIP and God Bless.

We are saddened to hear of Frankie's passing. I always referred to Frankie as our own personal electrician, but both Alan & I knew of a great friendship with a guy that was always there to help out in any way he could. We so enjoyed our pool times together and our political talks over a few beers. Frank was a true friend and will certainly be missed. The last couple of years have seen Franks health suffer and we are pleased that now he is at rest. R.I.P. dear friend.

My condolences to Frank's family. I worked with Frank for many years at Michelin. He was one of the first guys I worked with on shift with and quickly learned that Frank was very interested and passionate about politics. When he started speaking about governments and politics , or unionization, you had to be attentive to catch his story as he could definitely talk fast.
