To the family,
My sincere sympathy and condolences to the family. I had the pleasure of working with John at Campbells Restaurant. He enjoyed working in the kitchen and interacting with the customers. He had a fun personality, and an infectious smile, I am very sad to hear of his passing. Rip my friend. Rest easy now.
I learned of John's passing yesterday from our son Pat. Like Ann MacLean I have many fond memories of the time you spent in New Glasgow. A particularly poignant memory if the time you procured a piglet for a dine around and we cooked it at our house. I loved your energy John!
Dear Carole, Philip, Paul and family my deepest condolences. John was a caring, funny and good friend. I remember the days when our families where together. The good times in Scouts we had at camps. John was a great dad! He the took time to teach his children, mentor them and raised good sons, who are alot like him. God bless him and may he rest in peace!
Dear Carole, John’s children and step children and extended families
Thinking about you today and remembering good times with John who was always so easy going and such a smart man. He and Carole made a great couple and always looked so sharp together! I am sorry for your loss and difficulty at this time and wish you peace and happiness in sharing your memories and love for John.

Dear Phillip and Paul,
I am so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. I remember the many days we spent together as families on Terrace Street, New Glasgow and what a fine human being your Dad was and his dedication to you both. No matter how far away from each other we become in miles, we always remember fine people in our lives and John was certainly one of them. Please accept my deepest sympathy to you both and your families on this deep loss.
